Aloh, I've got a question for you, how do you handle "camera movement and composition in 2d animation"?
Years ago, I animted everything in Flash, I liked the "action script camera" but prefered to create graphic symbols for each shot and used Motion Tween to do zooms, pans so I could export the Picture Sequence, import it to some edition software and created the movie file.
Recently I use ToonBoom, which is good for camera movement, but since I send my material to some compositing software, because I prefer to import the background bitmaps there (becuse several reasons) I create a 2nd version of all the animated scenes/shots with the same exactly proportion of the background layout and the camera doesn't move. Finally, I import the bitmap backgrounds and the animation to the composition software and I recreate the initial camera movement I made in TB.
(I'll edit and post some pics when I have access to the files)
I developed it myself the previous method and it seems to work, but perhaps there is a more efficient way to do it so I'm posting this to ask you about your process to compare it.
Good day and Bla bla bla etc etc fin
